DETAILS:
GATHER the evening of FRIDAY MAY 23RD on the sidewalk of Andalusia Ave and Abbot Kinney to witness a Public Demonstration along with a slideshow presentation of the previous body of work from THEMOVEMENT. Viewers will be invited to pose for a boundary pushing 9 min photoshoot — nude — on the sidewalk. This is for the courageous ones burning with a desire to liberate themselves & their bodies from societal narratives of who and what body types ‘belong’ — IN PUBLIC.
To participate in THEMOVEMENT in a controlled environment, purchase a photoshoot timeslots for SATURDAY MAY 31ST and SUNDAY JUNE 1ST — 25 spots a day — at a private residence in Malibu.
ALL PARTICIPANTS — GATHER back in Venice on FRIDAY JUNE 6TH with your community of people to view ~ Yourselves ~ as the work of art projected on the sidewalk. There will be space to share your experience with THEMOVEMENT for the YouTube series, and an opportunity to connect with the other participants in solidarity and celebration.
